Welcome to Cortland Illinois!  This site offers information to business operators, real estate professionals, and those looking to relocate and enhance their business functions.  Since much of the new population migrating to Cortland is expected to come from communities in Kane, DuPage and northern Cook counties, this is an excellent opportunity for businesses to secure the newly located workforce.  Our population is expected to swell from approximately 4,000 persons to more than 15,000 persons in the next ten years.  We welcome your interest in the Town of Cortland and hope to cultivate a great relationship in the future.
