Utility Bill Payment Portal

ANNOUNCING A NEW WAY TO PAY YOUR BILL - Our new online portal saves you time and gives you flexibility in how to pay your bill. When you sign up, you will create a secure password that you will use to access your account. Select your payment options, debit/credit card*, electronic transfer from checking, savings and ACH.

The portal includes other helpful features:

  • Opt in for paperless billing
  • Select and manage auto payment options
  • View historical billing data about your account
  • View important communications from the Town

*Debit/credit cards will have a fee of 2.95% plus .30 per transaction. ACH/Electronic transfers are free.

Fees are not charged by or collected by the Town of Cortland.
