Public Water

For all locations not served exclusively by private wells, the base fee is $8.50 per residential or business unit per month, billed quarterly, plus $4.00 per 1,000 gallons used.  Water service is billed with sewer service.  The property owner is responsible for this bill, regardless of who occupies the residence or business, and billing continues unless public water service to the property is disconnected by the Town.  Late charges are 1.5% billed quarterly.

Sewer 

The fee for public sewer is $27.50 per month per unit, billed quarterly.  The property owner is responsible for this bill, regardless of who occupies the residence or business, and billing continues unless public water service to the property is disconnected by the Town.  Each bill reflects usage for the three months ending on the billing date.  There is a minimum late charge of $20.
